We only collect the data you voluntarily provide when filling in the contact form: name, email, phone, the service you need and the message you send us (optional).
If you accept analytics cookies, we also collect anonymous usage data, such as pages visited, device type and approximate location, to improve the site.
We do not collect sensitive data, nor do we automatically collect personal data for marketing purposes.

We use your data solely to respond to your request, prepare quotes and provide the services you ask for. The legal basis for this processing is your consent and/or taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Data may be processed by service providers that support us, always subject to confidentiality and data-protection obligations: Vercel (website hosting), Resend (sending contact-form emails), Google reCAPTCHA (protecting the form against spam) and, only if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
5. Retention period
We keep your data only for as long as necessary to respond to your request and to comply with applicable legal obligations. After that period, the data is securely deleted.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your data, as well as to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD).
7. Cookies
Essential: needed for the site to work and to remember your cookie choice. Google reCAPTCHA, which protects the contact form against spam, is also part of this.
Analytics (only with your consent): Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. They are not used for advertising.
